We can process returns only within 30 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Custom made jewellery is not eligible for return. The only exception is if there is a defect in the manufacturing - we will then replace the item once we have received the returned item.
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error cannot be returned.

We only exchange items if there was a defect in the manufacturing process.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless it is due to manufacturing defects.
We are not responsible for any exchanges or returns that go missing during shipping. In order to protect yourself against this please always send by registered mail.
