Elephant Knot Stud Earrings in Sterling Silver

We've taken the knot off the traditional African elephant hair knot bangle to make these simple, yet bold stud earrings. As a reminder of our connection to Africa, the environment and our ancestors.

Traditionally, the giving of an elephant hair bangle was supposed to bring the wearer good luck, prosperity, and good health.

The elephant knot is approximately 10mm by 10.5mm and 7mm deep. The knot is soldered onto a sterling silver post 10mm long, with a wide backing to hold in place comfortably.
