Will the piece I order look exactly like the one I ordered?
When you place your order we make each item from scratch. We follow the basic pattern, however, each jeweler imparts a little of themselves on every piece and therefore they may be slightly different.
The materials we use may vary especially in the case of gemstones. Genuine gem stones will often have variations in colour and shape but our basic design will always remain the same.
The difference you see are what make handmade unique. There are never two handmade items that are exactly the same.
How do I work out my ring size?
The best possible way to find out your ring size is to go to a professional jeweler and get your finger sized professionally.
If that is not possible then we can e-mail you two different ways to measure your ring size. We do ask you to use both methods to ensure that you get your sizing correct.
Please note that this is simply a guide. We cannot be held responsible if you accidentally measure your ring size incorrectly. So please be sure of your ring size before you place an order.
What happens if I order the wrong ring size?
In the case of a simple ring that we can size up or down a size we can do that for you for a $5 charge excluding return shipping which would be at your cost. If you need it made much larger or smaller we would need to do a quote for you depending on the design.
If it is one of our custom spinner rings or any other design that is impossible to resize we would be able to re-make for you but obviously at an additional charge - this would depend on the design of the ring and the materials used.
If I buy a piece of jewellery as a gift can you send it directly to the recipient?
We most certainly can send it directly to them. Please provide us with their full name, address and their phone number just in case our delivery service gets lost. Shipping costs may vary from the costs associated with your address. Please contact us should you have additional questions on this.
How long will it take for me to get my order?
We make all our pieces to order and need approximately 10 working days to complete a piece. They are then carefully inspected and packed. If you are in Zimbabwe transport usually takes 24 to 72 hours depending on where you are located. For those of you in South Africa it takes about 10 additional days to deliver. If you are anywhere else in the world it takes about 3 to 4 weeks to arrive.
