Our ethnic amethyst earring design draws on Zimbabweans ancient history. We have combined the chevron pattern from the walls of Great Zimbabwe on the top and bottom of these earrings with a stylized Ndoro in the center, which in ancient times, told of your wealth and status in Zimbabwe.
These earrings are made of sterling silver with amethyst beads. They are approx 5 cm long.
We lovingly wrap each item in hessian and package it in our square ilala palm baskets. Due to the handmade nature of the baskets and the organic material used - colour and pattern may vary. Our baskets are made by women from Lupane and Matopas who belong to groups that promote fair trade and self-sufficiency.
